Inman Street site proposed for neighborhood-commercial zoning

A proposed zoning change would move a 0.213-acre site on Inman Street SW from single-family residential zoning to the Westview neighborhood-commercial district. The Beltline overlay would remain.

Ordinance 26-O-1513, zoning case Z-26-51, proposes changing the site from R-4/BL to NC-15/BL. Atlanta’s Sept. 28 Zoning Committee minutes list a unanimous referral to committee, not approval of the zoning change.
