An ordinance on Atlanta’s Sept. 30 Transportation Committee agenda proposes a lease with Frontier Airlines for cargo warehouse and office support facilities at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. It calls for fair-market rental rates and a term of no more than five years.
