Atlanta's Nov. 5 Zoning Review Board agenda lists a proposed rezoning of 2.537 acres at 460 and 478 Decatur Street SE. Case Z-26-49 would replace light-industrial zoning with MRC-3 Mixed Residential Commercial zoning while retaining the Beltline Overlay.

The same request also appears on the board's Oct. 8 agenda. The November agenda places it in the deferred-case section, but the two future listings do not establish that an October hearing occurred or that its scheduled review was canceled.

Both agendas schedule meetings for 6 p.m. in the second-floor City Council Chambers. Neither records approval of the rezoning.
