Ordinance 26-O-1559 also calls for an agreement with Centennial Yards Company for program-management assistance and the required 20% local match, capped at $500,000. It appears on the Transportation Committee’s Sept. 30 draft agenda. The supporting text requires execution by all required parties before an authorized agreement becomes binding.
