An ordinance on Atlanta’s Sept. 30 Transportation Committee agenda proposes extending the city’s on-street parking management agreement with SP Plus–All N One Joint Venture for six months, from Oct. 2, 2026, through April 1, 2027. It would be the agreement’s fourth amendment.

The Atlanta Department of Transportation says it wants the extension to complete solicitation and execution of a new contract. The amendment would not bind the city until the required review, signatures, attestation and delivery are completed; the agenda does not establish an executed extension.
