Atlanta proposes upgrading the current X-ray equipment at its Municipal Court to advanced weapons-detection equipment. A resolution on the Finance/Executive Committee’s Sept. 30 agenda would authorize a special-procurement agreement with Point Security, Inc., capped at $438,005.05.
