Ardmore Road two-story accessory structure gets a 1.5-foot side setback

Atlanta’s Board of Zoning Adjustment approved a west-side setback of 1.5 feet instead of seven feet for a new two-story accessory structure at 1897 Ardmore Road NW on Sept. 10. The variance is recorded under application V-26-113.

The result letter directs the applicant to include it with a building-permit application. It establishes the setback approval, not an issued building permit, and does not identify the accessory structure’s intended use.
