Windward veterinary clinic plan gets 7-0 commission vote with added noise oversight

Alpharetta's Planning Commission voted 7-0 on September 3 on a motion to approve the Veterinary Dental Specialists of Atlanta proposal for a 4,257-square-foot space at Terraces at Windward. The motion added staff approval of noise-attenuation measures in the clinic's interior improvements. The commission vote is not a City Council approval.

Commissioners also sought a defined pet-relief location and an agreement with the landlord before City Council review. The unofficial minutes say the location was not yet shown on the site plan.
