Medical-aesthetic and scar-camouflage practices seek shared North Point office

MedEva Aesthetics LLC and Studio PrimaVera LLC are seeking conditional-use permission to share an approximately 1,640-square-foot office at 5755 North Point Parkway, Suite 42, in Alpharetta. The request would allow their specialized services within the Office-Institutional zoning district.

MedEva would provide medical aesthetic services, including cosmetic injections and clinical skin treatments. Studio PrimaVera would focus on scar camouflage, post-surgical areola restoration and corrective pigmentation. The proposed operating plan calls for appointments only, one client per practitioner at a time, and hours of 9 a.m.–7 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday.
